Sanders campaign and misogyny

In the weeks before Super Tuesday, Mr. Sanders had indeed refused to yield to critics who were searching for gestures of accommodation. In Nevada, leaders of the powerful Culinary Workers Union Local 226, were frustrated that Mr. Sanders did not speak out more forcefully when his supporters heaped abuse on predominantly female union leaders over their opposition to “Medicare for all.”
As Culinary officials were deluged with vitriol, including graphic and misogynistic messages, Mr. Sanders placed a phone call to the union’s secretary-treasurer, Geoconda Argüello-Kline, but they never connected.
“Our feeling was that Senator Sanders should have said something earlier and should have been stronger about it,” said Bethany Khan, a political strategist for the union.

Nation's largest union, NEA, endorses Biden for president

The NEA membership is majority women and has a very significant African American membership.

Just the kind of people that Berniebros hate.

The National Education Association (NEA), the nation’s largest union, announced Saturday night it is endorsing Joe Biden for president, a major boost for the former vice president as he battles with Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) for labor support in the Democratic race.
Lily Eskelsen Garcia, the president of the 3-million member strong NEA, cited Biden’s vocal support for public education and his plans to boost teacher pay and make schooling more available across the country.

“The National Education Association proudly recommends Vice President Joe Biden for President of the United States. Biden is the tireless advocate for public education and is the partner that students and educators need now in the White House,” Eskelsen Garcia said in a statement.

Russian asset Jill Stein can't stand that African Americans prefer Biden

It is indisputable that Joe Biden is beating Bernie Sanders because the most important part of the Democratic coalition, African Americans, prefer Biden.

I am willing to trust African Americans' judgement on this.

But not Berners, and not idiots and/or Russian tools like Jill Stein who are pushing conspiracy theories and attacking the Democratic Party, because they'd rather tear down the US by helping Trump/Putin win again. That's how much they hate African Americans and the United States.

The dirt-bag left aligns with Trump/Putin - of course

I've written plenty on my personal blog about how awful the Hillary Clinton hating dirtbag left is.

The recent NYTimes article makes clear just how awful - and frequently Trump-aligned - they are in their obvious misogyny:
When Hillary Clinton’s name came up, the reaction was nearly indistinguishable from a Trump rally.
“Lock her up,” the co-host Matt Christman said to the crowd.
The crowd began to chant: Lock her up. Lock her up.
Even more perfect is how many of the dirtbag left leaders come from privileged backgrounds.

They don't represent the working class - they represent the sons of the upperclass who haven't risen in their careers as quickly as they expected:
While the Chapo hosts rail against the media establishment, they are also deeply entwined with it and largely beloved by it. (Mr. Menaker, for example, grew up on the Upper West Side, the son of a New York Times editor and a New Yorker editor.)
And although there's no evidence that they get money directly from the Right or Putin, does it really matter? In their focus on attacking Democrats - especially women Democrats - they are doing the work of Trump and Putin.

What a perfect photo of the Chapo fan base in the article. A ratio of one woman to fifty men.

Jeffrey Wright on that idiot Sarandon

Jeffrey Wright is a great actor. I loved him in Angels in America.

I think he's the only actor who transitioned from the original run of Angels to the HBO version.

I like him even more after this recent tweet.

Here is Wright in a scene from Angels with Al Pacino who portrays Roy Cohn. Fun fact: Cohn was Donald Trump's lawyer.
